When UK & French School Holidays Overlap (Peak Disneyland Paris Periods!)

🚨 If you want to AVOID the busiest times, these are the weeks where UK & French school holidays align! 🚨

2025:

💐Mid-February: UK half-term (17th–21st Feb) overlaps with Zone C (Paris) winter break (15th Feb – 2nd March)

🐰Easter: UK Easter break (14th–25th April) matches with Zone C (12th–27th April)

✨Late May: UK May half-term (26th–30th May) + some French regions

☀️Summer time: UK Summer holidays (20th July - 1st September) matches with Zone C (5th July-1st September)

🎃October: UK half-term (27th–31st Oct) + France's Toussaint break (18th Oct – 3rd Nov)

2026:

💐Mid-February: UK half-term (16th–20th Feb) aligns with Zone C (21st Feb – 9th March)

🐰Easter: UK Easter break (6th–17th April) overlaps with Zone C (18th April – 4th May)

☀️Summer time: UK Summer holidays (20th July - 1st September) matches with Zone C (6th July- 1st September)

🎃October: UK half-term (26th–30th Oct) – likely to match Toussaint holiday dates

Why This Matters for Disneyland Paris

💡 Disneyland Paris sees peak crowds when Zone C (Paris) is on holiday!Paris-based families LOVE a Disney day out, and with thousands of Annual Passholders in the region, weekends during school holidays get BUSY!

Much like in the UK where theme parks, seaside resorts, and big attractions get packed during school breaks, Disneyland Paris is the go-to choice for French families.

Expect LONGER queue times and busier restaurants if:

  • It’s a Zone C holiday

  • It’s a weekend

  • It overlaps with UK school holidays

📍 Want a quieter visit? If you have flexibility, the best times to go are:

Weekdays outside of French school breaks

Mid-week during term time

Right before or after UK half-terms

Going inside of these dates, isn't an issue at all!! But it is important you know before going, that strategy is more likely to be needed if wanting to experience as much as an out of term holiday. It doesn't mean it's going to be BAD just busier, and as long as you're aware... then it's no suprise!
